Welcome to GradMet Tech . These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our jobs
marketplace platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by
these Terms.

1. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

 

2. User Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

3. Platform Usage
3.1 For Job Seekers
• Job seekers may browse, apply to jobs, and communicate with employers.
• Job seekers must provide accurate information in their profiles and applications.
3.2 For Employers / Recruiters
• Employers may post job listings, search for candidates, and communicate with job seekers.
• Job postings must be lawful, non-discriminatory, and factually accurate.
• Employers may not collect fees from job seekers for job opportunities unless permitted by law.

3.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt system functionality.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.

 

4. Payments
4.1 Fees
• Employers may be charged for job listings, subscription plans, promotions, or other premium
features.
• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
4.2 Billing
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
4.3 Automatic Renewals (if applicable)
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You will be charged the applicable fee based on your subscription plan.

 

5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Policy
• All payments made on the Platform are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly
stated in these Terms.
5.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
• Duplicate or accidental payments.
• Technical errors that prevent job posting or access to purchased services.
• Failure to deliver purchased services due to our system issues.

5.3 Non-Refundable Items
• Completed job listing periods.
• Subscription cycles already used in whole or in part.
• Services consumed or partially consumed by the user.
5.4 Refund Process
• Users must submit refund requests via mystiqutradings@gmail.com within 2 days of purchase.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

6. Content Ownership
• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a global, non-exclusive license to
use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms.

 

7. Third-Party Services
We may link to or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices
of third-party services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for hiring decisions, job seeker behavior, employer behavior, or third-party
actions.
• The Platform is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

 

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out
of:
• Your use of the Platform,
• Your violation of these Terms, or
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

 

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
• Violations of these Terms,
• Fraudulent or illegal activity,
• Harmful or disruptive behavior on the Platform.
Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and data.

 

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute
acceptance of the revised Terms.
