Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Tour Guide to lead visitors on tours, provide historical and cultural information, and ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for tourism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities;
Welcome and guide tourists to various destinations and attractions
Provide accurate information about history, culture, wildlife, and local attractions
Ensure the safety and comfort of tourists during tours
Plan tour routes and schedules
Answer questions from tourists and provide assistance when needed
Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and tour operators
Handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly
Promote local tourism services and experiences
Requirements / Qualifications;
Certificate or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (added advantage)
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service
Good knowledge of local tourist attractions
Ability to speak English fluently (additional languages are an advantage)
Valid driver’s license (optional but an advantage)
